ASA 60th Anniversary Concert Rehearsal

The meeting for the first one of 2 scheduled rehearsals was set at 2 PM earlier this afternoon. It is not easy to mount a concert where 3 orchestras and 4 soloists have to be synchronized so as to pull off an event worthy of the 60 years Anniversary of one of Paraguay's most prestigious institutions. Every detail has to be decided regarding the order in which the artists enter the stage and how to move over 100 musicians on and off stage without disrupting the flow of the event.

The sound check was crucial and we had a very professional crew of technicians at hand that were able to deliver what could easily be described as "the perfect sound". The keen eye and attention to every detail was in the hands of Vero Pallares and Leti Chaves and this was certainly a breath of fresh air and reassurance that everything would work out perfectly in the end. We'll be testing the lighting this evening, May 28th at 7PM.
