New Transcription & Masterclass, "Longer", Dan Fogelberg

Renato Bellucci Transcribes one of the best songs of all times: "Longer" by Dan Fogelberg. Along with Jim Croce, Dan Fogelberg is perhaps my favorite songwriter of all times. Songs like "Believe in me", "Leader of the Band" and "Longer" of course have all marked "songwriting history". Fogelberg made great guitar accompaniment to his songs and the only real challenge I find when preparing the unaccompanied transcription is to fit the melody in the already perfect guitar arpeggios. I was very sorry when I read that he had died so young because I sincerely looked forward to many more of his masterpiece songs for the years ahead. Thankfully, the caliber of his talent and dedication to his work earned Dan a place in musical history.  Go to the masterclass.
