Eric Clapton, "Wonderful Tonight" For Solo Classical Guitar
Solo Guitar Transcription: Renato Bellucci
I decided to transcribe and finger for classical guitar this amazing Eric Clapton hit from the 70s: Wonderful Tonight. In 1977, Wonderful Tonight was the main slow song we were all waiting for at our high school parties. The blues style ballad with Clapton's emblematic voice signing the work was simply irresistible. Today, as I am finishing the transcription of another immortal song from the mid 70s, Hotel California, I am thrilled at the idea of competing this amazing landmark work from my teen years...Wonderful tonight fits the classical guitar to perfection.
